I am surprised and delighted by the amount of records you were able to find. There is so much good information in there. It fills in a lot of blanks.

Your service is prompt and your reports are well organised, making the information easy to follow and understand. You really do have a desire (that comes from your heart) to do a thorough job as you search for information and report your findings. Your reports do not have errors in them, as you give careful attention to the details of your research cases. You are dependable and reliable as a source of information and documentation - and you are willing to speak your mind and "tell it as it is."
