For about seventeen years it has been my good fortune to have had my family history researched by Mr. Copus. Throughout this period the job has been undertaken in a most professional and friendly manner. The quality of his reports has always been to the highest standard and his knowledge of genealogy has never ceased to astound me. His attention to detail is but one aspect which I am grateful for. On many occasions, too, I have wondered why he chose to investigate a seemingly unrelated channel of research, only to realise at some future date the usefulness of having that information to hand.

In my particular circumstance, the compilation of my family tree has proved to be difficult, but in spite of this, Mr. Copus has continued to suggest further methods of research and to give advice in response to my determination not to give up. Of late, the time which has elapsed between receiving my reports has increased. Although this has been inconvenient, I have to remember that the discovery of new information is becoming more difficult. Mr. Copus is well aware that the service element he has provided for me in this respect has not been as he would have wished, and has communicated his concerns to me on more than one occasion.
